Install the Outlook for Android app from the Google Play Store and then open it.
Tap Get Started if this is your first time.
Add your email address by tapping + ADD ACCOUNT
Then tap Add an email account
Enter your full email address, then tap Continue.
Tap the Circled Icon ? to change the Account Provider
Tap Change account Provider
Note: If you’re asked to choose your provider, you’ll have to Set up an IMAP or POP account. For this case use POP3 as your provider
Add your details as indicated on above image incoming server details are the same the outgoing server details
Your Work email will be successfully added to your outlook app
Email will be available on your list of other email at Outlook App
